Yesterday we had our joint service with Maud & Savoch Church. The speaker was Scott Higgins from Turriff and the worship group led the praise. During the service the BBs were rededicated, and some certificates presented to those boys who had raised money for World Mission. Special mention was made of Calum Donald, a former St Kane's BB and Queens Badge holder who is currently working with Mission Africa in Nigeria, he had been asked to be inspecting officer at the local BB parents night. (All that training came in really useful Calum! Well Done!)
After the service we all enjoyed soup & sweet in the cafe, Thanks again Anne for all the hard work in preparing the meal. |
